These steps work on the MAG 250, 254, 256, 322, 324, 349, 351, 424 and 524. Menus vary slightly between firmware versions, but the settings have the same names.

Step by step
Add the portal

Send us your MAC address
Turn the box over and find the MAC address on the sticker. It starts with 00:1A:79. Send a photo of it to us on WhatsApp when you order, and we’ll activate it and reply with your portal URL.

Open the settings
Switch on the box. When the loading screen appears, press SET (or SETUP) on the remote. You can also go to Settings › System settings from the main menu.

Go to Portals
Select Servers › Portals.

Enter the portal
Set Portal 1 name to GoLiveOnTV, and type the portal URL we sent you into Portal 1 URL exactly as written, including the slash at the end. Press OK to save.

Restart the portal
Press back to System settings and choose Restart portal (or unplug the box for 10 seconds). The channel list loads automatically.
Troubleshooting
“Your STB is blocked” or “Access denied”
Your MAC address isn’t activated yet, or it was typed with a mistake. Send us a clear photo of the sticker and we’ll check it.
Stuck on “Loading portal…”
Check the portal URL for typos, especially the slash at the end, and make sure the Ethernet cable is plugged in firmly.
The TV guide is empty
Leave the box on for 10–15 minutes after the first start; the guide downloads in the background.

Can I move my subscription to a different MAG box?
Yes. Send us the new box’s MAC address and we’ll move your subscription over.
Which MAG box should I buy?
For 4K, the MAG 524 is the current choice. If HD is enough, a MAG 322 or 324 is cheaper and just as reliable.
